Alexia Bonilla
Born and raised in Northern Virginia. Lived and learned in Richmond, Virginia . I am now a Virginia Commonwealth University student wanting to pursue creative directing leaving my mark on the fashion world at every turn. My creativity is driven by storytelling, capturing the emotion behind a concept and translating it into a visual experience that resonates. I strive to merge artistic expression with strategic purpose. I’m constantly inspired by textures, tones, and the energy of urban life, using them to shape narratives that feel authentic and visually striking.
I’m currently available for consulting engagements.

I assisted on a half a semester long project focused on forecasting the up and coming spring/summer women's wear forecast for 2027. I was one of two leading the creative direction. I would use adobe photoshop to curate well designed slide decks. I also lead the creative direction behind the forecasting video for the project.

Worked on a half year project focused on creating and curating my own winter line using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Curated moodboards, color stories, and patterns using my home country of El Salvador as inspiration. As the final created a full line inspired by this, with different color ways and designs.
Who Is She
I’m an El Salvadorian creative born and raised in Virginia, inspired by my roots and the strength of my single mom who taught me to lead with passion and purpose. My background fuels my vision — blending culture, color, and storytelling into every project I create.
Fashion, for me, is more than aesthetics; it’s connection. From volunteering at Hope for Kids Camp to building communities through art and design, I aim to use creativity as a bridge — one that celebrates identity, emotion, and authenticity in every form.
